Joseph and Dawn Mooney are working owners of PC Paladins and have been in business in Jackson since 1983. They are an established community company and have offered reliable services locally to well respected customers and friends. When the store location was destroyed by the tragic 2003 tornado, they gladly opened their home to their clients and continued serving the Jackson area for a year while the building was under construction.

Joseph Mooney was born and raised in Jackson TN. He holds a degree in Computers from Lambuth University. He is our high level networking specialist. He troubleshoots and repairs networks and computer systems for Orange Business Services, State of Illinois Correctional Department, Memphis Airport, FedEx, and many others.

With a reputation built on excellent customer service, Dawn Mooney is Owner and Chief Technician at PC Paladins. She has over 15 years of experience with computers and is a certified Microsoft Professional. She manages servers for many local businesses and resolves the more problematic issues of home users and companies alike. Even with her busy schedule she has still made time to be an excellent mother.

Nicole Mooney, oldest daughter of Dawn and Joseph, has been with the company for 8 years and has earned her associates in administrative assistance and applied science from West Tennessee Business College here in Jackson. Along with managing the office, she assists in the technical aspects of repairs and will ensure you are satisfied with your PC Paladins service.

Elaine Mooney, Joe and Dawn’s youngest daughter and most recent addition to PC Paladins, manages the PC Paladins website, produces the monthly newsletter, repairs computers at the store, and works along side Dawn in server installations and testing.
